1. Mechanical

In this case, the HPL panel fastening system for facades involves the use of classic fasteners - rivets, screws, clips. The work requires extreme care, the advantages include the ability to dismantle if necessary, reliability and durability. The method is well suited for complex structures.

2. Adhesive

In this case, specialized adhesives are used. However, such exterior finishing of buildings with HPL panels requires a perfectly flat wall surface. The method is characterized by excellent external aesthetics, easy installation, high adhesion with the right selection of material.

3. Combined

This method combines the two previous ones, providing for preliminary gluing with subsequent fastening using fixing joints. It can be used with any surfaces. HPL facade panels with a wood finish look best with this method.

Each method of fastening requires initial preparation of the surface. Then, the turnkey installation of ventilated facades involves the following:

• With mechanical fastening, the fastening points are marked, the material is fixed, starting from the first bottom row.
• With adhesive fastening, the wall surface is degreased, the adhesive is applied to the back of the panel, then the material is fixed to the treated area.
• With combined fastening, the actions are carried out in the same order as with the previous method, after which the panels are fixed with special elements on the ventilated facade made of HPL.
